Can I Use Polydexa During Breastfeeding?

Breastfeeding and want to use Polydexa, Ive actually been struggling with my ears for along time, i left it because i was pregnant, and now im breastfeeding. My ears have eczema , but my left ear is sore and both are making the zzzz sound. Please help. Can i use polydexa

Hi! It is not known whether Polydexa passes into breast milk. As you are aware it is to be used with caution in pregnancy,if at all (you stopped using it in when pregnant) because it can potentially be ototoxic (cause ear toxicity) to the fetus.
I'll advise you to talk to your ENT doctor for his opinion, as well as to suggest alternate, safer therapy if need be. All the best!
