Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
For pigmentation I always suggest a combination therapy for better results. You can visit a dermatologist and opt for: chemical peels / microdermabrasion/ skin lightening laser/ mesotherapy to name a few. Subsequently start using a sunscreen daily: 20 mins before you step out and reapply every 3-4 hours. Any depigmentation cream like Triglow is potent and must be used under supervision only or else the skin becomes very sensitive.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Please avoid using Triglow cream which contains harmful medications such as steroid, hydroquinone and tretinoin. These molecules can damage your skin if you use them for more than a month. Instead you can use Lumivoid cream for pigmentation along with Sunmate SPF 26 Gel cream Sunscreen. Sunscreen should be applied over whole face at 8 AM, 11 AM and 2 PM.
