Can I Wait Until Cataract Surgery Is Completed To Take Pantoprazole?

my husband is having cataract surgery Tues. He can only take his heart medicine and high blood pressure medicine early that morning because his surgery is at 10:20 a.m. he also takes pantoprazpole. Will it be ok for him to wait until after the surgery to take it that day?

Hello
It seems from the history that your husband is scheduled for cataract surgery.
He can take his heart medicine and blood pressure medicines and pantoprazole as scheduled.
He can take them as scheduled as cataract surgery will not have any effect on these medicines. High blood pressure will lead to intra operative problems like bleeding hence it is better that he takes his blood pressure medicines and his blood pressure is under control to have uneventful successful surgery.

Thank you
