Can I Wash My Face With Gentle Cleanser After Dermaroller Treatment?
I had a dermaroller treatment today and i was wondering whether i should wash my face on the same day or should I wait 24 hours? In addition, should I only use to water to wash my face, as my dermatologist told me to use water. But, I have a gentle cleanser called cetaphil, that maybe could be used... Also, will a simle moisturiser names 'Simple (the brand) - spotless skin, antiblemish moisturiser be good to hydrate my skin? Thank you...

I advice my patients to use a gentle moisturizer like cetaphil after dermaroller. It is a very gentle cleanser which is not soap based and thus is completely non-irritating and is ideal for cleansing sensitive skin.
Application of moisturizer after dermaroller soothes the skin and hastens recovery of skin. I usually ask my patients to use a non-comedogenic hypoallergenic moisturizer like the one from the cetaphil range (cetaphil moisturising cream) after dermaroller treatment.
