Can IUD Cause Stomach Pains?

I am a 22 y/o female with 2 kids (ages 1and 4 years.). I got the IUD placed in and I discovered about 2 months ago that my IUD moved all the way into my uterus. Doc said it still prevents pregnancy as long as it is in there. Today I am experiencing some pain to the bottom/left of my belly button. Sometimes severe, sometimes mild. Could this possibly be that my IUD has migrated outside my uterus? I do not have a fever but last night and today I experienced nausea(no vomiting) and diarrhea whichseems to be better-ish now. Thoughts?

hi healthcare magic user, please don't neglect above symptoms.
Yes it could be because of the misplaced CuT that might have involved bowels that's why you might be experiencing lower abdominal pain ,diarrhea, nausea.
please consult gynaecologist for removal of cuT.
