Can IVF Treatment Be Taken If Having Swelling On Foreskin Of Penis?

I am 43 years old. I am 178 cm tall and weigh 86 kg. Around a month ago I had swelling on the foreskin. It decreased after a while, but has returned a few days ago. My wife and I are planning an IVF next month. Please advise if there is a risk due to the condition mentioned above.
