Can Imubless, Superia And Rifagut Capsules Cure Constipation?

I have constipation. I am taking superia L, Nizonide,& creamiffin stool softner . I ve done full abdomen sonography.result shows dilated bowel loops in lower abdomen & inflametory bowel disorder .so now doctor gave me Imubless, superia L & rifagut capsules .so please give info about these capsules n is they can cure my problem
