I am losing weight and muscle mass and having increasing joint and muscle pain over the last few years . I am wondering if taking L- glutamine could help me.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Ulcer and gastritis can be treated successfully with specific treatment. But for weight loss underlying cause is necessary and more important is it has to be marketed weight loss and not insignificant. No need to try anything for the nonspecific symptoms that you have, but try to come out the stress.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
