Can MT Pill Be Taken For Abortion?

Good Morning, My wife having 45 days pregnent. She have two baby by operation. I wants give to him MT Pill medicine but to take this I wants know complete in information about the medicine of MT Pill.

Understand your concern.
Medical termination of early intrauterine pregnancy should be done under proper guidance and supervision of gynecologist after USG scan and proper investigation like HB, CBC. Do not use abortion pill by self medication as it cause serious complication like excessive bleeding , failure of treatment/incomplete abortion, abnormal continuation of pregnancy, infections that require special emergency attention.
You can use gynecologist prescribed abortion kit. Tabet Mifepristone 600 mg orally to be followed after 24 hours by Tab. Misoprostol 800 ug vaginally/orally every 4-6 hours maximum up to 3 doses. Bleeding and abdominal cramp will start after 1-2 hour after last pill and last for 5-7 days.
Consult the doctor immediately if: excessive and prolonged bleeding, fever, dizziness, chills.Follow up USG after 14 days to confirm incomplete abortion.
