Can Masturbation Cause Memory Loss?

i am expirencing a lack of concentration & memory loss ,i couldn t remember the lessons that i studied yesterday is this a cause of maturbation or my own fault or my false thinking cause i have read something about masturbation online it said that there will be a memory loss or tell me weather masterbation has nothing to do with it
