Can Medifast Casue BP To Go Up?
I have been on Medifast since march.. Never had high blood pressure before. I was seen at the doctors and it is alittle high 140/70. I am female age 49. I just lost 17 pounds and exercise often. Im surprise its alittle high. can medifast cause your pressure to go up.

hi madam, welcome to HCG, i understand ur problem, madam 140/70 is not a high bp, whenever u want to check ur bp, first take rest for 15mins and go to check ur bp, sometimes using salty and spicy food also shows little high bp, no need to worry, just control ur salt and spicy in ur food... hope u satisfy with my answer. thank u
