Can Meftal Forte Be Given Instead Of Crocin For High Fever?

My son has high fever since three days. The fever doesn t come down with crocin. I tried metal forte and mental p..which one is better? Typhoid is negative SGOT and shot are elevated. Total t3 .. 97. I am worried..the feverjuat doesnt come down below 102

Well you can alternate Crocin and metal p to have a better effect but I will suggest to also use ibuprofen syrup to alternate with the others. Also use warm baths and wet clothes to help the temp decrease. If your child have more than three days with temp than is time to have a control at your doctor and a blood analyses. Hope the best for you and your child.
