Can Meftal P And Meftal Spas Be Given Together For A Child S Stomach Issues?

Hi, my child is suffering from stomach ache, vomiting which has probably bile in it and also he has a bit of lose motions. doctor has prescribed few drugs including Meftal P 3 times a day and Meftal Spas as SOS.. so is it ok if i give it both within an hours gap ?
