Hello. Thank you for writing to us

This cream is a prescription product and contains a combination of hydroquinone+tretinoin+mometasone furoate. This combnation is not for regular use.
It should never be used without supervision of a dermatologist and in any case never for more than 1 or 2 months in continuity.
This cream can cause irritation because tretinoin and hydroquinone are known irritants.
Regular use of this combination cream can cause side effects like Acne, Skin thinning and Photosensitivity, Hirsutism in females because of the steroid content of this cream.
Since you have been using this combination regularly, therefore your skin would be sensitive to sun.
You may use a broad spectrum sunscreen, throughout the day. Reapply every 2-3 hours.
The best advice for you would be to visit a dermatologist in your region.
Your dermatologist will be able to assess your skin problem and advice you accordingly.
Alternative skin lightening ingredients like kojic acid, glycolic acid, arbutin etc can be tried. These are not steroids and therefore safe even for long term regular use.

Regards
