Can Melatonin Cause Dizziness Or Vertigo ?

Hi Dr Grief; I am a young 62 yo female. I take very good care of myself, but late summer 2013, 2ndary to healed candida; I was purging toxins--had a lot of lesions on my skin; yes, I did touch some & they eventually got infected. I was hospitalized for 8 days w/staph bacteremia, w/discitis & osteomyelitis l5/S1. Rec'd 6 wks of Iv abx. Still on abx(now on Keflex) & started to experience dizziness/vertigo on lying down & arising again, though transient in nature, has been occurring about a week. thought it was my melatonin(take only 300mcg), so stopped. now I'm not so sure.

This does not seems the side effects of the drug which you took, but this could be infective boils and could have been Impetigo, otherwise the exact picture were to examine but for sure this is was not because of the medicine, have nice day.
