Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The risk of Methocarbamol significantly affecting the function of your heart in therapeutic doses in order to treat muscle spasms that may be occurring in the neck, shoulders, or back is extremely unlikely. If there were significant risks of this type then, the FDA would likely not approved it for general use. You should feel secure in taking this medication as directed and prescribed by your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dariush Saghafi
