Hi welcome to hcm
I understand your query and concern.
Metopure xl 25 is a beta blocker used to maintain heart rate and can also be used to control blood pressure.Telma is used as an Anti-hypertensive drug.Since your husband s blood pressure is on a low normal note,he can stop Telma but not Metpure.Ecosprin is used to prevent Coronary artery disease.Monitor his blood pressure and heart rate regularly. If blood pressure raises again to >130/80 mmhg,he should start taking Telma by consulting your doctor.Get an ECG,2 D Echo, lipid profile,hsCRP levels to predict the future risk of Coronary artery disease.Coronary angiogram with or without stenting will be the procedure of choice.Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.
