Since your pregnancy test was positive, you are definitely pregnant. If you do not want to continue this pregnancy, you may opt to terminate it by medicines.
Tab. Mifepristone and Tab. Misoprostol in combination are very safe and effective medicines for terminating pregnancy up to 9 weeks duration. However, they are prescription medicines and should be taken only with a Gynaecologist's advice and prescription.
Moreover, these medicines cause developmental abnormalities in the baby. Hence, if they fail to abort, the pregnancy should be terminated by some surgical method like MVA aspiration or so.
So please do not take the Mifegest of your own. Please report to a Gynaecologist and take medicines with appropriate medical advice.
I hope you have got the message.
