Hi, my son is 22 years of age and nearly 6 foot and very slim. He started on 15mg Mirtazapine 5 days ago. How long does this anti depressant start to work. He was on Sertraline for a few months but didn t work. He Stopped taking them on the advice of his doctor for 7 days and then started on Mirtazapine
