Most likely your problem seems to be related to allergy or asthma , in that case inhalation prophylactic therapy is recommended if symptoms ( cough ) are occurring daily and not responding to montec LC . Best and safest is regular use of inhalational steroids with reliever medicine like salbutamol inhalation as and when required . Inhalation therapy is relatively safe on long term use . You also need annual influenza shots.
