Hi
NO ED contains l-arginine and it is a precursor of the chemicals causing erection in males. It is also used in females to improve blood flow in uterus and vagina. Hence you doctor had prescribed this.

Veltam plus also contains tamsulosin so is tamflow and hence both should not be taken together - otherwise over dose will occur.
