Can Nicotine Gum Be Used To Quit Smoking?
Hi I was just looking for the info providing being able to use a nicotine gum to cut done and hopefully quit smoking. I have heard you sholdn't do that because you could have a heart attack if you do both. could you recommend the best nicotine gum. My doctor didnt think Chantex was a good idea for me as it may increase because of the side effects and I am highly stressed at times what gum would you recomend. I was down to 12/14 cigs a day but now back up to a pack maybe 22 cigs a day Just saw you have to pay Never mind I'll talk to my pharmacist

Yes nicotine gum doubles the likelihood of quitting success. The dose of nicotine can be lowered by using less gum.
