Can Novamox CV 625 Cause Stomach Discomfort And Pain And Should I Continue Using It?

Hi DOctor, I am taking Novamox CV 625 and getting sounds and little pain of unrest from stomach should I continue to take this or not. This is prescribed by a local doctor. When asked about this side effect he suggested give a gap of 2 days and take again 2 tables a day after food. Please suggest

Novamox CV does cause gastric discomfort, please take an antacid like pantoprazole in order to counter the gastric discomfort. It is not adviceable to stop antibiotic therapy
