I am 48 years old and having high blood pressure problem. In past I was taking telma h 80 and nabistar SA to conform the blood pressure, but recently the doctor has advised to take Olmat 40. It this medicine is good enough to control the blood pressure. Most of the time my blood pressure remains 145-96.

Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. You were taking 4 drug combination therapy for controlling your hypertension before.Telma h 80=telmisartan and hydrochlorthiazide, Nebistar SA=nebivalol and amlodipine. So it is usually difficult to control with 1 drug therapy alone if BP is high by Olmat 40=olmesartan a newer generation of telmisartan.Your Bp is still high and approach your doctor for atleast 1 more drug in combination which may keep your BP in control.Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any further query.
