Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history about your 1.5 year old daughter likely to have stomach infection as she is having watery motions, 2-3 times per day for the last 2 days, you are already giving her Bifilac, wants to know whether to give her Zifi and Ondem... Ondem is definitely not required as there is no vomiting. Zifi can be given only if there is an evidence of infection as suggested by the stool test, blood reports and clinical evaluation by the Pediatrician and should be given on prescription of the Pediatrician as the dosages can be decided by the Doctors as per the weight; also the clinical evaluation may indicate any further treatment to be added or not. Till then continue normal diet. Actually up to 4 motions a day does not need much treatment as this may be normal at this age as the children start putting anything in the mouth and thus can cause such problems or may be an intolerance to something that is started anew. Hence the best way is to consult a Pediatrician and get clinical evaluation and investigations.
