Can Oxycontin Be Taken For Migraine?

I have CVS,IBS,MIGRAINE,NAUSEA,VOMMITING,FATIGUE,MALNUTRITION,POOR REST, ALLERGIES.... I AM CURIOUS IF OXYCONTIN CAN HELP. I AM 246 lbs and can’t keep food down often and have trouble digesting food... what is a healthy limit for my condition to help but not hurt me long term...
