Can Palmetto And Horny Goat Weed Extract Be Taken Along With Finasteride Without Any Interaction?

I am taking finasteride to cure prostate enlargement and also it is used to prevent hair loss and that is now starting to show. The problem; there is a side effect of ED that is hurting my sexual life. And to counter ED, I intend to take supplements, i.e., saw palmetto and horny goat weed extracts. Is this possible without hurting each other s effectiveness?
