Can Phentremine Pills Or Hemorrhoids, Cause Cause Bloody Stools?

Hi started diet pulled 5 months after having baby. 1 week in has bloody soft formed stool for past week. Bright red and way more than just a streak while wiping..Feels a little painful during but comes out easy.. A little itchy some times after. Hemorrhoids or reaction from phentremine pills?

Dear: phentermine causes constipation which increases the possibility of hemorrhoids . It is very important to drink 32 onz of water and a high fiber diet to improve bowels movement and avoid constipation.
