Can Postinor 2 Tablet Cause Delayed Periods?

i had a sex with my bf in the last 4 weeks and taking postinor 2 tablet,i was supposed to have my menstrual on the very ealy of this november but i don see my period till now and i test for a preginancy but it was negative.what culd be happen in my body?
