Can Prednisone Be Taken While On Metoprolol?
I started taking prednisone today 6 tablets 5 mg twice daily for nine days. I have taken 6 only and I have atrial tachycardia I take 1 bid tablets metropolol 25 Mag daily. I normally have pulse on the 60th and has going up today to 80 and after the second tablet only had gone down to 78. Should I stop this medication before taking the 2nd dose of the first day. Really appreciate your input I am 71 years old Thanks
