Hello, You need to be investigated for other causes of raised SGPT levels. You need to be tested for hepatitis B and hepatitis C along with an ultrasound of the abdomen. If these tests are negative then i would suggest regular exercise/ walk or jogging/ aerobics 3- 5 times a week. Cut down on Red meat , sweets, and fried food and increase fibre in your diet. I might take upto three months for the levels to fall.
