Hi! Doctor Can you answer my three questions related to HIV 3rd generation Antibody tests and Antidepressants SSRI s First i have to tell you my condition. I have been taking Antidepressants SSRI s for 2 years and still taking it. I had unprotected sex 8 months ago But that time i was already taking Antidepressants SSRI s. In other words i was taking Antidepressants SSRI s during the whole HIV window period 90days (from 1st day to last 90th day) daily. I took three 3rd generation HIV Antibody tests after 4,6,and 7 months of the exposure and results were negative. But ever since i read this article i have some questions related to my 3rd generation HIV Antibody test. This Article says Taking Antidepressants SSRI s slows down the viral load, viral replication and RT response significantly. Article link https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC0000/ Please do read above article and please Answer my questions. Question no 1 As this article says Taking Antidepressants SSRI s significantly slows down the Viral load, Viral Replication and RT response, Does it also mean that taking Antidepressants SSRI s during the whole HIV window period 90 days (from 1st day to last 90th day) daily will suppress or stop the production of HIV Antibodies? Question no2 If taking Antidepressants SSRI s during the whole HIV window period 90 days (from 1st day to last 90 th day) daily does not suppress or stop the production of HIV Antibodies then will 3rd generation HIV Antibody test be able to detect the Antibodies after the window period? Question no 3 As i said i was taking Antidepressants SSRI s during the whole HIV window period 90days (from 1st day to last 90th day ) daily and took three 3rd generation HIV Antibody tests and results were negative. Are all my three 3rd generation HIV Antibody tests are conclusive enough to show that i am free from HIV? Please Doctor read my queries as well as the article carefully and answer all my 3 questions straight and in detail. Thank you
