Can Silverex Cream Be Applied At The Healing C-section Incision Site?

Hi, I have delivered my twin babies 9th Feb 2023 by C-section but after a week I was bleeding so I went back to the hospital and the did dressing and pin the stitches again but still having little bleeding can I apply silverex cream but there is a place is open and still bleeding though not much

Hi,

I feel instead of putting Silverex ointment, if the bleeding continues. There would be temporarily closer of the wound, the blood may collect around stitches and infection may set in. It's better to see your treating doctor, for local examination to assess source of bleeding &start with antibiotics and needful dressings to achieve healing from base of the wound.
