I took T dap vaccination on Friday last week, my arm got swollen very bad the next day. Three days after I took the shot, I found there are two lymp nodes close to the collar bone, next to my right arm where I took the shot. Did the vaccination cause this?

it could be just co-incidental or due to vaccination but definitely you got some infection and for that the lymphnodes got involved and enlarged!
for confirmation especially to see the cause an FNAC test is useful in such cases!
