Hello,
Your doctor has prescribed you taxim o which contains an antibiotic medicine i.e Cefixime which is a cephalosporin.
It is a category B medicine for pregnancy which mean either animal reproduction studies have not demonstrated a fetal risk but there are no controlled studies in pregnant women or animal studies have shown an adverse effects.
So dont worry it will not harm your baby.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
