Hello,

It's not safe to take Tramadol while on ClonazepamTaking opioid drugs like Tramadol together with Clonazepam can cause central nervous system depression which can result in serious side effects including respiratory distress, coma, and even death. Since when used alone each of this medication is known to cause central nervous system depression, so it taken together the risk of central nervous depression increases many folds. Tramadol has a half-life of about six hours, so it can take about 24-30 hours for the drug to completely exit your body.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
