Can Triamcinolone Or Permethrin Be Used For The Treatment Of Swollen Foreskin?

Hello,I masterbated yesterday noticed my foreskin is swelling ,looks like it has water in it, is there any at home drugs I can use? I have this cream I used for something else, called Triamcinolone, and Permethrine cream 5 percent w/w. Oraybe some naproxen? Benedryl?

It can be due to paraphimosis, sharing a picture will help for diagnosis. Pain killers will help you but still aspiration its the apt method.
