Can Tribenzor, Omeprazole And Escitalopram Cause Extreme Fatigue?

My 44 male buddy takes the following: Tribenzor 25MG 1 per day; Omeprazole 40MG 1 per day; Escitalopram 20MG 1 per day. He is constantly tired and can fall asleep at the drop of a hat. He has a cpap and that helps him fall asleep and stay asleep but he wakes up exhausted. He has had numerous tests of the heart, blood tests etc but they have not turned up the reason for always being tired. He is a farmer and is active. Very limited alcohol use and no tobacco use. Could the combination of the meds be causing the problem?

I appreciate your concern for your buddy's health related problem.

Tribenzor ( a combination of three drugs Amlodipine, Olmesartan and Hydrocholorthiazide) used to treat uncontrolled high blood pressure.
Hydrochlorothiazide is known to cause weakness & fatigue due to loss of potassium in the urine.
Since he is a farmer and involved in physical activity this fatigue gets exaggerated.
Escitalopram may cause drowsiness to the extent of inducing sleep.
These effects may become worse following alcohol intake whatever may be the amount.
You are advised to take a consultation of your doctor regarding the fatigue and the high tendency to fall asleep so that he can adjust the dose or use some alternate medications without affecting the blood pressure.
