Can Tylenol Pm Cause Dizziness Or Dehydration?

I took two tylenol PM last night. I am on a daily 20mg prilosec. I exercise almost daily. Today I was on the treadmill trying to do a mile walk and run in around 15 minutes. I have done this regularly but today I felt dizziness and slowed down and it went away. Could tylenol pm have caused this problem of dizziness or dehydration?

tylenol PM can cause dizziness if you are suffere from chronic hypotension, at high doses it can cause mild vasodilatation . normally we can tolerate it. if it given in hypotension it can produce dizzines.

there is no interaction between prilosec and tylonol PM
better you take only one tylonol PM if necessary
