Can Vitamin B And Osmium Supplements Be Toxic?
My chiropractor sold me a liquid nutritional supplement that has the B vitamins and a few others, including a host of minerals including Osmium. The only reference I can find online is that it can be toxic. Do you know why this would be in a nutritional supplement? Thank you.

Osmium isn't really toxic, it is a trace mineral that, in my opinion, isn't needed as part of a supplement for nutrition. You should ask your doctor about this before you take it
