Can Wysolone Be Taken If Spleen Is Enlarged?
Previous history: (year 2010 to 2013 was taking medicine TB but afterword doctor stop the medicine. Now my spleen is enlarge) I was checked myself from skin specialist.he examined and found the skin sarcodioses.he advised me to to take tab.wysolone 5 mg 3 times a day but me spleen is enlarge .should I take the medicine or not

If you are diagnosed with Sarcoidosis. In this case, Splenomegaly is also seen. As per se Steroid do not harm spleen if you take in low dose.
In your case, Steroid is a treatment of Sarcoidosis and it has also possibility that Splenomegaly is due to Sarcoidosis.
So in my opinion, uoy can start taking steroids and monitor the spleen size in regular interval of 15-30 days.
