Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Xeralto and primidone do not have any interactions, but primidone causes the blood concentration of xeralto to decrease. So, you may want to ask your doctor to readjust the dose. Now, more importantly, Propranolol is an antihypertensive while primidone is an anticonvulsant(Prevents seizures). You should check with your doctor if this was actually intended.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
