Can Xmet-SR 500mg Help Reduce Weight And Conceive?

HI, I am a 23yr old married woman who is 5.9inches tall with a weight of 76. i am planning to conceive for the last 6 months but unable to .my doctor has told me that it is because of my overweight and she has prescribed me tablets like Xmet-SR 500mg and BIOPREG-F which is to be taken for 3 months and she has also told me that Xmet-SR 500mg would also help me to reduce my weight is it true and can i continue with the tablets?
