Can Zifi Be Given For Green Mucus Discharge In Stool And Diarrhea?

My 4.5 month old son is suffering from loose motions since past 6 days. Have given him nutrolin B. And entrogemina but not effective. Still passing greenish mucus watery stools 10-12 times a day. Started with Zifi 100 Mg syrup today. Pls advice if the medicine is fine for him.
