Can A Bump In The Vaginal Area Be Treated With Polysporin?

Hi, my boyfriend and I was having sex and after I stated to get a bump on the inner part of the lip, over the next few days it s just getting bigger and bigger, and I touched it and it popped like a cyst. The bump went down, so my boyfriend and I had sex again, and the bump has reappeared. It only happens when he s rubbing me really fast. Can I use Polysporin on the area, or go back to the doctors? Now I just been to the doctors 2 months ago and got texts done, and I m clean. So what is the bump? YYYY@YYYY

Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
First of all do not panic.

Your symptoms can be due to Bartholin gland cyst or vaginal wall cyst.
Please ever gynecology check up done including per speculum and per vaginal examination done.

You will need antibiotic course for Bartholin cyst, and surgical excision for vaginal wall cyst.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
