Can A Combination Of Topmax, Phendimetrazine And Laxatives Cause An Heart Attack?

hi.my name is Danielle i been takeing the topmax 25mg for abiut 2 months now. with also pheendimetrazine 105 mg , i been on phendimetrazine for about 13 years went off only when i was preg, and than right after i had my son i went back on . and again off when i was preg the 2nd time and back on when i had my daughter to lose the weight i gained. now i went to a new dr and he gave me the topmax told me to take 1 at nite than after 2 weeks increase up to 4 a day , so i been doing so plus with one phendimetrazine. i been very constapated so i took a laxative and went tobed i woke up 2 nites ago with i beleve were gas pains but this time they put me were i felt a pain i never felt befor i went into a very very bad sweat i couldnt get the gas out , my puls rate was going up i than got some air calmed down burped lol, and wouldnt stop until i started to feel a little better than i was ok layed down and i fell asleep was that the cause of a heart attack ? was ot the cause of mixed medications ? was it the laxatives ? now iam afraid to even take a advil .iam now afraid .
