DIABETES PATIENT CAN CONCEIVE BUT SHOULD HAVE GOOD BLOOD SUGAR CONTROL AND PREFERABLY TAKE REGULAR INSULIN 3TIMES A DAY AND MONITOR BLOOD SUGARS 6TIMES INA WEEK ATLEAST

Yes ! Diabetic patients can conceive and the not necessarily the child will always be diabetic !
But certainly, you should achieve very good control over BSL . Set target HbA1c 6 .
If Sugars are not control, there are lot many stories revolving around liquor of mother and risk of complications. I would like to suggest you to consult a dietician as well diabetologist followed by Gync. for better outcomes.
