Can A Fall Lead To Stroke Like Symptoms?
mother 75 yrs old just been dx with infarct in the corpus callosum area, previous MRI late august shows mod chronic microvascular ischemic disease in periventricular/subcortical white matter, can a severe fall face 1st on concrete Oct 2013 could have contributed to her parkinsonism tendencies and her stroke? (husband never took her to hospital after fall)

Yes if fall have happen on head side and there was a damage to internal brain. Then it can show the symptoms like stroke. Because in both condition like fall on head or in stroke there use to be damage in brain so symptoms can be the same.
In fact I can also say the fall on head can cause the hemorrhage many time internally in brain and can show the similar symptoms.
