Can A Fat Burner Cause The Unborn Child To Die?
hi, i was taking a fat burner in early may for just a day and i started feeling sick. later that month i found out i was pregnant. i was very worried so at my first doctors appointment i asked to know the status of my baby cause i was so sick and i found out at 12 weeks pregnant that the baby died at 10 weeks. Could the fat burner have anything to do with it?

it can cause lethal effects to the fetus
there can be other reasons for fetal death,but this could be one of the cause
