Can A Forearm Bite Causing Swelling, Itching, Redness And Pain Be Treated?

So the other night I was bitten by something, not sure by what. at first I thought it was an ant bite since it stung like one.. the next morning I woke up and there was a goldfish shaped red mark where I was bit. I left it alone all day, up until this morning when I woke up scratching it in my sleep.. it got significantly bigger. when I touch it, it s warm and somewhat stiff. I have no other symptoms. Just a big red, itchy, and achy spot on my forearm. any idea on what bit me and if I need to see a doctor? I m 20, Female, and live in Texas
